The post mortem or the autopsy reports have come and it clearly confirms that the perfume specialist Monica Ghurde was allegedly murdered!
But the reports on the sexual assault has been reserved and is not kept open to the media as per the norms of the police officials in the North Goa.
Superintendent of Police , North Goa , Mr. Umesh Gaonkar said that “According to the report , she was killed and it all happened due to asphyxia due to contraction of muth and neck”.
Report has reserved its opinion that there might be a forceful sexual assault , but there is a pending serological examination yet, so nothing could be said to the media as of now.
Mr. Gaonkar said that her body was handed over to her brother Anand , and her ex husband Bharat Ramamrutam , a photographer by profession.
The North Goa Police says that they are following some leads , and teams has been sent to the neighbouring states like Maharashtra and Karnataka to nab the guilty.
Monica Ghurde , was a 39 year old Perfume Specialist , who was found dead in her rented flat at Sangolda village in the north coastal part of Goa in a semi nude condition where in the accused had tied her hands and legs.
The reports declared that she was murdered and has also given a trace or hint that the murder was not planned but happened due to sexual assault and that conclusion could come to light only after the serological report conducted on her would come.
