The film is made as a complete sequel to the old movie Allari Mogudu starring Mohan Bbu in the lead role. Mama Manchu Alludu Kanchu starts from where Collection King Mohan Babu left it in Allari Mogudu film, marrying both Ramya Krishna and Meena without each of them knowing one another. The rest of the movie story is all about the problems faced by Mohan Babu to cover the hidden truth and the movie include the love stories of Allari Naresh and Varun Sandesh.
