 Sanjay Dutt Walks Out Of Jail Today : Actor Sanjay Dutt will finally walk free from the Yerwada jail near Pune today morning i.e, on 25th feb 2016. Sanjay Dutt, 56-year-old actor, on whom investment worth crores of rupees was riding when he was convicted by the special TADA court in the 1993 Mumbai blasts case, The actor Sanjay, will be carrying with him Rs. 440 he earned during his jail stay.

Sanjay Dutt is finally released from jail. According to his lawyers, Sanjay Dutt’s remission days were calculated in accordance with rules and jail manual. Among the various jobs the ‘inmate number C-16656’ did in the jail included playing a radio jockey for the in-house FM channel. Sanjay Dutt is reported to be planning a movie on a Yerwada jail near Pune inmate convicted in a family dispute case.

Sanjay Dutt will finally walk free jail today morning. Since May 2013, Dutt (56) has been serving the remaining 42 months of his five-year prison term in the jail following his conviction in the 1993 Mumbai serial blasts case. Actor Sanjay full sentence period would have ended in November this year, but after being granted remission of seven days per month, his date of release was set for Thursday, February 25.

Maharashtra Minister of State for Home Ram Shinde said the actor, Sanjay Dutt will be completing his jail term Yerwada jail near Pune on February 25 i.e, Today after counting in the eight months and 16 days he earned as exemption or remission on account of good behaviour in prison.The actor wil be released on feb 25th. So the actor would have spent four years, three months and 14 days in the jail, though sentenced to five years by the Supreme Court.

Coming to security arrangements in jail for Sanjay Dutt release from jail, additional Director General of Police and state’s Prison Department head Bhushankumar Upadhyay said, “We have informed the local police about the release. They will make arrangements for it.”
