Firstly all thought that Yamaha is going to launch Yamaha YZF-R25 but on surprisingly Yamaha are going to launch its YZF-R3 in India. And this Yamaha YZF-R3 is powerful than Yamaha R25.
Coming to the specifications of this new Yamaha YFZ-R3 has 320cc engine which make 42 PS and 29.6 Nm of torque from its liquid-cooled,motor churning out 42PS at 10,750rpm and peak torque of 29.6Nm at 9,000rpm.This Yamaha R3 has 6 speed gearbox. The kerb weight stands at 169 kg and which makes the bike riders very easy to handle the bike and this also helpful in increasing the power of the bike. Yamaha is also providing ABS breaking system to Yamaha YZF-R3 bikes.
This Yamaha is going to become competitive for popular KTM RC 390,Kawasaki Ninja 300 and Benelli TNT 300.Kawasaki Ninja is the segment leader as of now in terms of being a better product. Yamaha should very close to the competition and the only missing competitor in action is the CBR 250R which is all set to be replaced at the RevFest event most likely. This Yamaha R3 price is going to be expected between range of Rs.3 lakh and Rs 3.5 lakh.
