The Ghazi Attack : Rana Daggubati Being A Certified Deep Sea Diver Shot The Underwater Scenes On His Own.

Actor Rana Daggubati who would be seen as a Naval Officer in the upcoming War Drama Ghazi has revealed how he performed the gruelling underwater scenes required for the movie Ghazi. Rana Daggubati , 32 , told that he did most of the stunts by himself and said , “II’m a certified deep sea diver and have a professional diving licence , but it has been a while since I had my last dive so I wanted to try my skills and had to do few rehearsal rounds before the start of the shoot.”

Rana Daggubati added , “It is not at all simple because we had no idea of what we would encounter and we always had to look out for any sudden water currents and for pieces of metal. And for such scenes to be filmed one has to be trained specially.”

Ghazi which was originally made in Telugu language will now be releasing in Hindi as The Ghazi Attack and is based on the story of how a Pakistani Submarine PNS Ghazi was sunk by the Indian Submarine S21 during the 1971 War between India & Pakistan.
