After promoting the movie in London and Mexico, now the XXX: star cast are in India for promotions. Deepika Padukone is making her Hollywood Debut with XXX which also stars Hollywood star Vin Diesel in lead. Both the stars are gearing up for the movie which is going to be released in India on January 14 before anywhere else in the world. There is extensive promotion lined up for the stars in India with press conference, premiere and fans interaction .
Vin Diesel received a grand welcome when he landed in Mumbai on Thursday 11 January. It was a traditional welcome to Diesel and Deepika by putting ‘Tilak’ on fore head and the women’s were seen wearing red saree’s and yellow turbans. They greeted them and the stars were seen posing to the camera and Diesel waved his hand to the crowd.
Both the actors along with the director D.J .Caruso, hosted press conference here in India to promote their movie which releases today prior to U.S. Vin said in conference that DP requested a desire to host screening of their film in her home India. He later thanked the media by saying ‘shukriya’ . On Thurday evening Hollywood action star Vin Diesel and Piku star Deepika hosted a grand premiere of their film.
The screening was attended by many Bollywood celebrities like Shahid Kapoor, Ranveer Singh, Kriti sanon, Irfan Khan, Kran Johar and Madhur Bhandarkar. Vin was also seen donning lungi and dancing in to tune of Lungi dance with Deepika and they were looking stunning together.
Vin Diesel also praised his actress Deepika and called her ‘an angel with a beautiful soul’. He also added saying to be a part of the magic that is made on-screen is a blessing of my life’. The actor is in heaps of praise for Deepika saying that ‘there is no one like her, even though her origin is Indian but she became queen of the whole world’. Indeed the star is bowled over by Deepika’s persona.
It seems the action star Vin had great time in India and he also said that he loved the way he got reception here.
