Early morning On January 6 ,2017 bollywood actor Om Puri age 66,died as reportedly due to cardiac arrest at his residence in Andheri, Mumbai. Whereas as per sources at Oshiwara police station according to it the post-mortem reports reveals some new dimension to it stating that the actor had an injury deep inside on his head. But the cause of the injury is still not known.
The actor’s driver has claimed that the actor had consumed alcohol the night before. It is also revealed that the actor wanted to meet his son Ishan but it could not happen as his son and ex-wife Nandita Puri were out for a party.
Om puri was one of the finest actors we had in industry and his death came as a shock to all Bollywood town celebrities. Many B- town celebs were seen in Om Puri’s prayer meet which was held on Monday. Bollywood fraternity took social media platform twitter to express grief over Puri’s demise
At the prayer meet, his first wife Seema Kapoor along with her brother Annu Kapoor who is also an actor had addressed media and said that-they don’t have any sort of doubt over Om Puri’s death.
The veteran actor Om Puri born on 18 october 1950 in Ambala, Punjab.. Puri worked in numerous Indian films as well as produced many films in United States and United kingdom. The actor will be remembered for his outstanding contribution to the Indian cinema industry. He was a powerful actor with great body of work.
