Finally Ranbir’s new house is ready! And it looks a perfect bachelor pad , the actors home which was under construction has always been the talk of the town and it became a hot topic after he moved from his previous home which he shared with his ex girl friend Katrina Kaif.
But this is not the end of the story , the most important thing which has grabbed many a eyeballs is the price of the residence , which is a whopping Rs 35 Crore. And today Gauri Khan has shared the 1st picture of Ranbir and his bachelor pad and it looks like at some another level.
We know that Gauri was given the responsibility of making Ranbir’s new flat more homely and comfortable and it seems she has done a fabulous job. The house is done mostly with shades of maroon , brown and ochre adding excellent color as per the Vastu.
The living room has a huge chandelier in a funky design and it seems to be the only statement price in the house , which is softly lit and goes perfectly for house parties with friends.
The light of the rooms are contemporary with a hint of vintage. And we are assure Ranbir’s house warming party is going to be grand intimate affairs with family and close friends.
Ranbir is going to move into his new home today as it coincides with his grand father’s Raj Kapoor’s 92nd Birth Anniversary. Rishi and Neetu Kapoor are happy with their son’s success and more than that they have expressed their fondness for the new home which is quite close to Krishna Raj.
Ranbir is not leaving alone in his home , there are 2 additional best friends of him who is going to accompany whenever he returns to home after shoot. They are not his ex girl friends or any other new love interest ,they are his two lovely pet dogs Lionel and Nido.
Ranbir’s home also has a huge bedroom and a home theatre and also has a green lush garden giving his canine friends an ample space to live and play.
