The trailer of the highly awaited film ‘Kung Fu Yoga’ starring Jackie Chan and Bollywood stars Sonu Sood and Disha Patani is finally out! The film is directed by Stanley Tong , which is based on action and adventure and is co – produced by Taihe Entertainment & Shinework Media (China).
In this Indo – Chinese film , Sonu Sood essays the role of an Indian tycoon (going to be the villain of the film) while Disha Patani plays the role of an Archaeology Professor named Ashmita who teams up with Jackie Chan who plays a role of renowned Professor of Archaeology at the Terracotta Warriors Museum in Xi’an. Together they plan out a journey to find India’s long lost Magadha Treasure in Tibet . And they do so by disguising the role of Princess (by Disha Patani) and Jack tries to be her aide.
The trailer looked a non – sensical fun ride where there is a lot of muscle show and adventure where you could see cars being drove through high cliffs. Kung Fu Yoga is definitely going to be a typical Jackie Chan movie with full of comedy and expressions.
It seems that film also stars another Bollywood actress Amyra Dastur. Right now the trailer has been released in Chinese with English subtitles and we cannot wait for the global trailer to hit the silver screen. Till then , the above trailer is the best one to have a glimpse!
Kung Fu Yoga is set to hit the silver screen on January 28 , 2017.
