The Viral Fever is known for putting out quality web content over the years. Their Web series Pitchers, Permanent roommates and many more have become popular worldwide. However, this molestation news of TVF CEO Arunabh Kumar offended TVF Lovers and everyone is doubting if it is true.

An ex-employee of the company has written about her experience with Arunabh Kumar in an anonymous blog titles “The Indian Uber” – That is TVF .

Its very hard for a women to speak up against harassment at the workplace but this girl came forward and wrote about her harassment and many young girls came in her support. but the truth is yet to be unturned.

The girl writes in this blog about how she met Arunabh Kumar and how he always use to find excuses to molest her. she then decided to walk up to her bosses so that the matter is sorted out but they ignored it by saying “It Happens”. This blog came up and more than 9 young ex female employee came up in her support sharing their experience, which says that they also faced this thing while working with TVF.

Now the question arises “why did these women didn’t complain years ago when they first encountered molestation?”

But its not that easy being harassed and knowing that you cant do anything about it. either the system will fail you or you will be shushed. even if you aren’t shushed it cab be taken as  a joke.

The official response from TVF came as a comment on the blog where they have called the allegations “baseless” and termed the post “completely ludicrous and defamatory”, adding: “We will leave no stone unturned to find the author of the article and bring them to severe justice for making such false allegations.”

As of now, its not known whether what action will be taken and we cant support any party blindly as it can be fake. Let’s see what happens next.

I think right now we cant judge whether who is telling the truth as every coin has two sides.
and I would like to conclude this by saying that every company should set up a committee to sort out such kind of problems as it is the responsibility of the company to build up an environment where women will feel safe and comfortable to work with.
And I hope that there is fair & impartial investigation into it.
