Shah Rukh Khan , the King of Romance or also called as the Badshah of Bollywood has now got another feather in his cap , as he is going to receive a new doctorate from the President. And this is going to be an honor in addition to his achievements. And this doctorate is going to be very special to Shah Rukh as it is from Hyderabad with which he has some fond connection and memories.
Hyderabad has always been a city close to SRK’s heart as his mother belonged to this city of Telangana. Hence it will be an extremely emotional as well as an honouring moment to receive this doctorate from the President in Hyderabad.
The sources confirm that Shah Rukh Khan will be conferred with the doctorate at the Maulana Azaad National Urdu University , Hyderabad and for this he will be in Hyderabad on Monday that is on 26th of December only for a day to grace the ceremony which is going to be held in his honour.

India’s President Pranab Mukherjee will be the Chief Guest of the function will honour Shah Rukh Khan with the doctorate in Hyderabad. This entire ceremony will be held in the University Campus which is situated in the Gachibowli area of Hyderabad where the University is celebrating their 6th convocation. In fact , Shah Rukh was shooting for his next film and will stop his work for a day and fly down to Hyderabad to receive the doctorate from the President Pranab Mukherjee tomorrow at Maulana Azaad National Urdu University (MANUU) , Gachibowli.
Shah Rukh Khan’s upcoming film Raees is going to be released on January 25 , 2017 and is directed by Rahul Dholakia , the film is already done and is only left with few patch up work.
