Indian Government Spends $7.2 Billion in IT Sector In 2016 !

    A major high light of this year before it ends would be the humongous amount spent by the Indian Government in the IT sector and the track shows the figures to be around $ 7.2 Billion !

    Which is actually a increase of 2.4 % over the previous year 2015. From a report from Research and Advisory firm named Gartner , the result of the report includes that government has spent the amount on internal services , software , date centers , devices services , telecom services and IT Services.

    These services were used and a lot of money was pooled in to make it effective and useful which was done at various levels of governance , right from the local government to state and central government.

    As per the report , it also indicates that IT Services includes Consulting , Software Support , Business Process Outsourcing , IT Outsourcing . Not only this , it also includes Hardware Support , Implementation and all of them have grown to 9.3 % from the last year and has reached an estimated amount of $ 1. 8 Billion.

    Whereas on software , the government has been strictly spending an amount of almost $ 885 Million in 2016 , which is just 4.5 % increase from the last year 2015. Hence making the IT Sector the most sought after sector followed by the Out Sourcing Companies which provide a major back bone support to many foreign countries like the U.S.A , U.K , Canada and other Middle East Companies.
