Delhi police has denied to file FIR of Sub-divisional Magistrate in Delhi if believed Dy CM of Delhi. Manish Sisodia, Dy CM of Delhi tweeted some tweets regarding the power of Delhi police. In his tweets on Delhi Police and ACB which was shooted after using a word like ‘thulla’ by CM Arvind Kejriwal, he claimed that neither police nor the ACB is cooperating with SDM to lodge FIR against some DDA workers.
Later this month Delhi govt lead by Aam Aadmi Party has given the powers to SDM to file report against the charges of corruption and shoot FIR against the culprit. According to the sources some officers of DDA Civil Lines office were taking bribe in INA and one of the magistrate probe help in catching them red handed.
Delhi Dy CM Manish Sisodia has shared the information about this incident on his twitter handler, the information is endorsed by Arvind Kejriwal too. On his statement; Manish Sisodia has written that
After catching two corrupt officers red handed, SDM is wandering there and here to file a complaint against them. Delhi police has denied to file FIR against the SDM and now the Delhi ACB is also rejecting the complaint
ACB comes under Delhi govt and according to Manish Sisodia a body of Delhi govt is also not taking complaint of Delhi govt’s other body.
