3 IIT Graduates die in Car Crash while Speeding on Outer Ring Road, Hyderabad !


    3 IIT Graduates were killed in road accident on the Outer ring road in Hyderabad.

    The incident occurred on Friday Morning when the Four graduates were coming to Gachibowli from Khammam district, the speeding car went and hit the divider on the ring road and then it hit a DCM mobile van.

    Four graduates identified as Raji Teja, Surya Teja, Kiram and Rohit, Ravi and Surya died on the spot of the accident while Rohit and Kiran were shifted to Care Hospital in Nampally later, in which one is dead and another is battling for his life.

    Three graduates from IIT Kharagpur were working in an IT firm in Hyderabad whereas Kiran was a Student.

    The 4 graduates of IIT Kharagpur were going to attend a colleague’s  wedding in Hyderabad, it was around 7.15 am when Surya tried to overtake a DCM and suddenly hit the divider and the DCM in doing so, none of them were wearing seat belts the police reported.

     According to Times of India, The DCM van was traveling in the third lane of the four-lane ORR, which is legitimate. It appears that the engineers tried to overtake the van from the left side,” the Pahadesharif inspector said.Police believe the car was traveling at about 120 kmph.

    This is the second major accident occurred in Hyderabad in the same week, earlier AP’s minister’s son was killed in a road accident when his speeding car hit the metro rail pillar in jubilee hills.
