Alcatel-Lucent S.A. is a French global telecommunications equipment company, headquartered in Boulogne-Billancourt, France, also a monster in the tech industry.European regulators signed their approval and gave this Giant a green light to go After the request from Nokia to buy Alcatel-Lucent.

The Europeans Union also predicted very intense upcoming rival against Samsung Electronics, the company with highest sales report in the market today.
