Since Microsoft filed the Lumia 640 and XL 640, the first two terminals to include Windows Phone 8.1 Update 2 has already been day there remains controversy about the last update before receiving Windows 10 Mobile.

Thanks to Microsoft Community we learned that Microsoft support one of their forums actually commented that Windows Phone 8.1 Update 2 reach more terminals Lumia and already in many of the servers so it can be launched as soon as possible.
