Staff Selection Commission administered Combined Graduate Level Tier 1 exam on 9th and 16th August to select eligible people for various Government Jobs. The selection process will be done in three tiers: 1,2&3. Tier 1 exam is recently taken and the students are quite keen about the result. This year, thousands of interested candidates sat for the Tier 1 exam under the largest job providing authority of the country. Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is an GOVT OF INDIA organisation to recruit staff for various posts in the various Ministries and Departments of the and in Subordinate Offices.
This commission is an attached office of the Department of Personnel and Training(DOPT) which consists of Chairman, two Members and a Secretary-cum-Controller of Examinations. His post is equivalent to the level of Additional Secretary to the Government of India.
The pattern of the Staff Selection Commission (Combined Graduate Level) Tier I Examination-2015 conducted on August 09, 2015 was similar to the one conducted last year though the difficulty level of the paper has decreased marginally. The morning slot (10:00 a.m. to 12 noon) had at least 12 sets, with a single unique question paper. The students reported that a few questions were repeated from last year’s actual paper.
