1 C-COMMITTED

Your boss wants employees who feel passionate about what they’re doing. No business can survive for long unless employees have a personal investment in its success. Committed employees do whatever it takes to excel, even if it means taking on extra tasks, or staying beyond their allotted schedule. Savvy employers reward these work habits by offering chances for advancement — which reduces turnover, and attracts other applicants who are willing to show the same degree of commitment.download (1)

  • Strengthen relationships by increasing their respect and trust for each other.
  • Increase the ability to resolve future conflicts with each other constructively.

In every step you take  there should be both the concern to satisfy our own needs and goals as well as maintain the relationship with the other person. Both are essential for a successful resolution to a conflict and develop a workable environment .

4 C- COURAGE

so you need courage to take on the world in the face of adversity and at times of conflict and that requires a lot of action.

Begin to think of yourself as courageous. When you’re afraid to move forward, remember the times that you’ve overcome difficult challenges. Give yourself credit. Use the same strength to make courageous choices today.

When things look grim or when you feel like it’s easier to hide than shine, allow these courage  to inspire you Fortunately, the habit of courage can be learned, just as any other skill is learned. To do so, we need to go to work systematically to diminish and eradicate our fears, while simultaneously building the kind of courage that will enable us to deal fearlessly with the inevitable ups and downs of life.!

5-CONFLICT HANDLING

To successfully resolve conflicts all of the elements of clear communication and respectful behavior are important. These include:

  • Listen with an open mind to fully understand the other person’s perspective.
  • Paraphrase to demonstrate you correctly heard and understood the other person.
  • Mind your body language to physically show you are actively engaged in resolving the problem.
  • Stay with the problem, especially when it gets hard.
  • Whenever possible, choose to be assertive and cooperative in reaching a synergistic solution.

As writer James Baldwin once said, “not everything that is faced can be changed, but nothing can be changed until it is faced.”

6 CONFIDENCE

THIS is the first and the foremost quality you need to achieve anything in your life.

BELIEVE IN YOURSELF AND YOUR CAPACITY TO ACHIEVE GREATER HEIGHTS.
