On the connectivity front, the Canvas Tab P702 supports 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and Micro-USB connectivity. Available on Snapdeal in Bold Black and Classy White, the tablet comes with OTG cable, headphones and 7 Kindle e-books worth Rs. 1,500 for free. The device is backed by a 3000mAh battery rated to deliver up to 250 hours of standby time and up to 3 hours of playtime. Also included are dual speakers powered by DTS audio tech.

Micromax last week launched its Canvas Amaze 4G smartphone. The dual-SIM Canvas Amaze 4G runs on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop, and features a 5-inch (720×1280 pixels) IPS display and comes with Corning Gorilla Glass 3. The new Micromax smartphone is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 (MSM8916) processor, coupled with 1GB of DDR3 RAM. It sports an 8-megapixel rear autofocus camera along with a 2-megapixel front-facing fixed-focus camera. Other features included are 8GB of expandable storage and 2230mAh battery.

The dual-SIM supporting Micromax Canvas Tab P702 runs Android 5.1 Lollipop out-of-the-box and features a 7-inch HD (1280×720 pixels) resolution IPS display. It is powered by a quad-core MediaTek processor, clocked at 1.3GHz, clubbed with 2GB RAM. The tablet sports 16GB of inbuilt storage, which can be expanded via a microSD card (up to 32GB). In the camera department, the Canvas Tab P702 bears a 5-megapixel autofocus rear camera with LED flash along with a 2-megapixel front-facing camera.
