Tanning is one of the major problems during summer, and most people try to find a quick solution to it by using chemical laden bleach or opting from cosmetic peeling procedures. But, these quick solutions have several side effects and cause severe damage to the skin. and therefore you should know how to protect your skin from burning summer.

Don’t you worry, here are a few easy-to-prepare homemade face packs that would help protect your skin in summers and also keep your skin hydrated!

Sandalwood Powder

Sandalwood is used in Ayurveda and in India to improve the skin color and make skin glowing. It has a medicinal properties to increase skin glow. It makes your skin more beautiful, shiny and smooth.   Take sandalwood powder then Mix the sandalwood powder with rose water after that Apply on whole body and rest for 30 minutes and  Now, take a bath with warm water. This home remedy is beneficial in acne, rashes and other skin problems with burning sensation on the skin.

Lemon Face Pack

 

lemon face pack is a must try for you! Just add one tablespoon lemon juice and one tablespoon honey in one egg white and mix well. Apply it on your face for 20 minutes and rinse with normal water. You’ll be happy seeing your skin glow more than it normally does.

Egg Mask

egg does wonders to your body. Whether your hair or your skin, it proves to be magical for both .Try out this egg mask to get smooth, tight and oil-free skin! Just add one egg white with one tbsp of lemon juice and apply to your face. Keep it for about 20 minutes and rinse it off with luke warm water. Your skin would feel a lot more fresh and alive.

Curd and Gram Flour Face Pack

It helps in cooling the skin that is continuously exposed to sunlight for hours. Gram flour is widely used in whitening your skin and it really helps in giving an instant glow to your skin. Curd is basically a diary product which plays a major role in the growth of bones. It is very rich in calcium, magnesium and other nutrients that help in strengthening your bones. Besides this, the unknown fact is that it can be used as a great exfoliating agent that removes dead skin cells and also moisturizes the skin deeply. just mix curd and gram flour and apply on your face and rinse it off after 30 minutes.

Cold milk cream

Massage with cold milk cream helps to get a glowing skin in summer, but if your skin is oily then this remedy is not for you. Cold milk cream helps to remove dead skin cells and moisturizes the skin.

Banana face mask

Just prepare a mixture of half banana (mashed), one tablespoon honey and two tablespoon sour cream. Apply it on your face and pat dry after 10 minutes followed by washing your face with luke warm water. Your skin would get a lot smoother and would regain its lost moisture

Aloe, Red Lentil, And Tomato Pack

Make a rough paste by mixing the red lentil powder (masoor dal) with the tomato juice and aloe vera. Apply it on your face and let it stay for half an hour and then wash it off with cold water.

Red lentil, commonly known as masoor dal, is a potent tan removal ingredient. When this wonder dal is combined with aloe and tomato extract, a powerful tan removal pack is born. Tomato, like lemon, contains skin lightening agents while aloe vera nourishes and soothes the sensitive skin.

The above-mentioned remedies can be easily made as the ingredients are available in your kitchen itself.
