After those hot, sweaty and stinky summer days we get cool and enjoyable monsoon which gets bacteria and many infections along with it .
You love to get wet in the rain but for sure your skin doesn’t like it, fortunately, or unfortunately we all make our skin meet rain frequently in monsoon.
This season effects everything atmosphere, food, water, air which play a major role in maintaining our health and hygiene. we face many problems like cold, fever, digestion, rashes and mainly pimples.
Well, that’s okay every season has its positives and negatives. Today I am here to share few skin care tips for healthy skin.
1. Wash your face at least 3 times in a day. use a mild soap or a glycerine-based Facewashes.
2. People with Oily Skin Should not use alcohol Based Toners.
3.Unclog your pores by using facial scrubs and exfoliate the dead skin. go for natural scrubs like turmeric, besan instead of chemical scrubs.
4.People with oily skin should wash their face with hot water than lukewarm or cold water this will help to dissolve oil on their skin effectively and leaves it soft and supple.
5. For pimples especially in winters make this paste.
- 2tsp of multani mitti
- 1tsp of sandalwood powder
- 2drops of clove oil
- 1tsb of neem paste
- Apply this paste on pimples and leave it till it gets dry. after that wash it with water.you can use this daily for natural radiance.
6. Drink lots of water, maximum 10 glasses.
