HSC results 2017: The wait is finally coming to an end as the Tamil Nadu Directorate of Government Examinations (DGE) will most likely announce the results for the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) Plus two supplementary examination results on tnresults.nic.in this week. Looking at the previous years, though this isn’t an official confirmation from the DGE, the results will be published by the end of this month or by the first week of August, as has been customary in the last few years.

- Go www.tnresults.nic.in.
- Once the page loads, click on the ‘Plus Two results 2017’ link, which will open a new page.
- As requested on the page, enter your roll number and Captcha Code (Security Code).
- Here you can download your results
The state wide Plus Two annual examination was held in March, which was then followed by the results for the same on May 12. As per the figures, this year, a total of 9.33 lakh students had appeared for the plus two examinations, out of which, during the results, an overall pass percentage of 92.1 per cent was recorded. Out of the total pass percentage; boys recorded 89.3 per cent, whereas the girls managed to score 94.5 per cent.
A supplementary exam for students who could not clear the examination was then later held in June, which recorded a total of 6,732 schools in the state, out of which 1,813 schools recorded 100-pass percentage.
Out of the total 8,93,262 students that appeared for the HSC Plus Two examination held in March, one transgender student also appeared for the exam, who passed the exam.
