Telangana CM moves into his Rs 38 Crore Residence !

    Telangana Chief Minister KCR has moved into his new residence which is estimated to be around Rs 50 Crore which will serve as a new camp office cum official residence in Hyderabad on Thursday. He has entered the new complex with his family which was in construction for 9 months at the ‘muhuratham’ at 5:22 am while the Priests were chanting vedic hymns and carried out other auspicious religious rituals.

    Some other members including Governor ESL Narsimhan with the 1st lady of State Vimala Narasimhan along with popular spiritual leader Thridandi China Jeeyar Swamy and close relative of CM KCR were present at his complex.

    Talking about his plush complex is built on 9 acres of land which can include 1,000 persons at a time in the conference hall built in the complex.

     It is also reported that the complex was built by demolishing old buildings which used to house IAS Officers’ Association Office & Club as well as Special Intelligence Bureau Office along with some old quarters of IAS Officers.

    CM KCR has also named the complex of  buildings , out of which 3 are new and 2 are the existing ones , which were constructed under the tenureship of Late YS Rajasekhara Reddy , and have named in as ‘Pragathi Bhavan’ and the newly built conference hall has been named as ‘Janahitha’.

    KCR has performed the house warming ceremony by conducting religious rituals along with his better half and son K. Shobha and KT Rama Rao respectively who also have some important cabinet positions.

    Not only this our Deputy CM M. Mehmood Ali , Minister T Harish Rao with his family , KCR’s daughter & Nizamabad MP K Kavita along with her family , Speaker S Madhusudana Chary , Chief Secretary Rajiv S , Director General of Police Anurag Sharma and other eminent personalities attended CM KCR’s house warming party.

    At last , a religious prayer was done for the welfare of complete Telangana State and its citizens.
