On the 120th Birth Anniversary of India’s Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose on January 23 , 2017 , the Prime Minister Narendra Modi paid his rich tributes to the revolutionary freedom fighter and leader and also made files related to Netaji available on the Internet!
PM Modi took to Twitter to inform India about the files relating to the Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose are now available on the Internet , courtesy the website netajipapers.gov.in
In a string of tweets , the Prime Minister Narendra Modi hailed Subhash Chandra Bose as one of the iconic freedom fighters by tweeting , “I salute Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose on his Birth Anniversary. His valor played a major role in freeing India from Colonialism.”
In another tweet , PM Modi said , “Netaji Bose was a great intellectual who had always thought about the interests and wellbeing of the marginalised sections of Indian society.”
In fact , PM Modi also patted his own government for declassifying the files on Netaji. Where Modi says in another tweet, “Honored that our Government got an opportunity to declassify the files related to Netaji Bose and fulfill the popular demand pending for a decade.”
The 1st lot of about 100 files relating to Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose were already put into the public domain by PM Modi on 23 January 2016 , that was on the occasion of 119th Birth Anniversary of Netaji Bose.
In the meanwhile , West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee also paid her rich tributes to Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose on Twitter.
