A Jet Airways Aircraft with around 54 passengers and 7 cabin crew members onboard skidded off the runway at the Dabolim Airport in Goa. The Jet Airways said that all the passengers and crew members have been deplaned safely. The flight 9W 2374 which was bound from Goa – Mumbai skidded off the runway at the Dabolim Airport due to some technical glitch while the jet aircraft was aligning to take off.

There were no reports of any serious to the passengers and it is reported that all of them are safe and the airport has been closed till 12:30 PM. This Mumbai bound Jet Airways – flight 9W 2374 skidded off making a 360 degree angle while it was about to take off at the runway.
Though all the guests and cabin crew members have been safely evacuated from the Jet Aircraft after the incident , it is reported that few of the passengers have sustained minor injuries during the deplaning process and are being provided with medical assistance as per the statement issued by the Jet Airways Authority.

The Indian Navy also issued their notice stating that “Jet Airways flight while taking off from the HANSA Runway 26 Aborted Take Off and Spun Around 360 Degrees. Runway will be usable by 9am.”
The Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau (AAIB) will start their investigation about the Jet Airways Accident. While the DGCA inspection will begin at the Dabolim Airport. As of now the airline is making alternate travel arrangements for its guests so to avoid inconvenience.
