so as we all know Sandwiches are good for any time of the day. As it  is a food item consisting of one or more types of food, such as vegetables, sliced cheese or meat, placed on or between slices of bread, or more generally any dish wherein two or more pieces of bread serve as a container or wrapper for some other food, it is pretty easy to make and takes less then 10 mins and even healthy .

So lets see the basic TIPS of Sandwich Making,

firstly ,The thumb rule is to choose the right bread.The Bread which forms the basis of  perfect sandwich. But we leave the choice to you if  like soft and squishy buns or a crusty baguette, you have plenty of options to choose from .

But For moist fillings, use dry and dense breads. A nice, thick crust helps in keeping the stuffing in place.

 You can toast it, serve it grilled, warm up or have it cold. BUT Toasting brings out the sweetness of the bread.

and it makes the bread a little crispy and adds some crunch which you bite through it.

 Use a spread to give your sandwich a creamy texture.

You can choose from BBQ, mayonnaise and other spread or experiment with healthier alternatives like pesto, whole grain mustard, hung curd or homemade salsa

A little tip here -To avoid sogginess –Spread the sauce till the edges to the seal the sandwich.

USE VEGETABLES  like cucumber or tomatoes  separately ,as they hydrate the bread add them in the end, right before serving.

Use butter , cheese or meat as a layer between the bread .

You can even skip the traditional tomatoes and try roasted peppers, sautéed onions or carrots for the crunch.

Add some freshness by using spinach or cabbage instead  of lettuce.

Sprinkle herbs or seasonings to add the finishing touch.

 KEEP IT SIMPLE , Do not try to overstuff your sandwich with too many ingredients or sauces.  Try balancing your flavours. If the ingredients are heavy then use light sauces or maybe vinegar.
