Tere Bin Laden Dead or Alive Movie Review & Story Plot
Ali’s American Dream is shattered and Noora becomes his ticket to fame. Ali interviews him and sells the tape to the highest bidder-in this case, it is an Indian news channel. It’s a comedy about Islamic alienation and the American war on Afghanistan. And it manages to be funny with some seriously unfunny incidents. The movie got huge response on its first day itself.
The film again, in the garb of humour, suffers from illogical sequences. An aspiring filmmaker can’t distinguish between terrorists and filmmakers. An American agent masquerades as a filmmaker to get proof of Osama’s death, alas stupidly depends on a filmmaker to achieve his goals. And a chopper is attacked, crashes and everyone comes out unscathed. Tere Bin Laden Dead or Alive was marketed as a satire rather than a no brainer of a comedy.
Tere Bin Laden Dead or Alive Movie Review & Story Plot : This time, it is operation ‘Osama Dead or Alive?’ Set against Osama Bin Laden’s secretive death taken after by counter reports asserting he is alive, blending the greatest contention on the planet. The US needs to demonstrate to the world that they shot him dead while ‘Khalili ‘(Piyush Mishra) the terrorist arm merchant needs the world to trust he is alive. ‘Tere Bin Laden – Dead or Alive’ is a whacky humorous parody that happens in this frantic pull of war between US and the Terrorists. Stuck in this bothered crossfire is a maturing Bollywood executive “Sharma” (Manish Paul) searching for a major break, gets employed by US operators David Chaddha (Sikander) on the affection of making a Hollywood film on Osama utilizing his doppelgänger ‘Paddi Singh’ (Pradhuman Singh). The concealed intention is to shoot a fake tape to demonstrate his demise.
While the funny scenes are plenty, there are also moments that don’t take off, especially the track with local terrorist leader Khalil. Ali Zafar’s cameo also doesn’t do much to create any interest in the film. In fact it serves as a distraction from the main plot. The jokes and gags are at times repetitive and revolve around Osama and President’s scenes. The challenge was to rise above the brilliance of the first part and retain the essence of the plot.
Pradhuman Singh is the most natural of the lot and definitely the most funny. Though his Paddi Singh is in stark difference with Noora of Tere Bin Laden, he has pulled it off. Manish Paul has also come up with a satisfactory performance. The Movie Starring Manish Paul, Pradhuman Singh, and Mia Uyeda in the lead role.
