Uttar Pradesh Police Sub Inspector Recruitment 2015: SI positions in UP police! There are 2064 vacancies for Sub Inspectors (Male/ Female) in the UP police department. The Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPBPB) will begin the new SI recruitment process in a few days.UPPBPB has released an advertisement for SI vacancies 18 September 2015. The detailed official notification along with information pertaining to online filling of the application form will be published on the main web portal in 15 days. Eligible candidates can apply for UP Police SI posts at uppbpb.gov.in & prpb.gov.in after the recruitment notification is released.

Eligibility Criteria of Uttar Pradesh Police Sub Inspector 2015:
Educational Qualification: All the aspiring candidates who would want to apply for the posts should possess a graduation degree 50% from any reputed and recognized University
Age Limit: Candidates should have an age limit between 18-28 years as on 01/07/2015. Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.
Pay Scale:
- Sub Inspector (Male): Rs.9300 to Rs.34,800 with a Grade Pay Rs.4200/-
- Sub Inspector (Female): Rs.9300 to Rs. 34,800 with a Grade Pay Rs.4200/-
Application Fee: The candidates who would want to apply should pay Rs.400/- (to be updated after the official advertisement) as application fee in the form of system generated E-Challan & Debit Card, Credit card. Internet Banking Mode Only.
Selection Procedure:
The candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in the physical endurance test, written test & document verification, and there will be no interview for this post.
