Aamir Khan Tweets About His Injury: Aamir Khan, who was shooting in Ludhiana (Punjab) for his next film, Dangal, collapsed after sustaining a shoulder injury on the sets on Saturday. According to reports, the shooting had to be stalled after the superstar collapsed while trying to can a long action sequence.Aamir, however, has now said that his injury is not a major one and has confirmed that after resting for a week, he will be back on the sets.

Aamir Khan suffered a muscle spasm while shooting an action scene for “Dangal” on the night of November 14.The “Raja Hindustani” actor took to Twitter on Monday, where he shared details about his injury.“Hey guys, it’s not such a major injury. Aamir is shooting in Ludhiyana for Dangal. He had the injury near to hit shoulder on Saturday. The shooting was immediately stopped and Amir was rushed to a doctor. After coming to know that all the fans are worried about his health, Aamir took to twitter to tell everyone that he is fine. He said, “Hey guys its not such a major injury. My back muscle has gone into a spasm. A week of rest and I will be back on shoot.”
Aamir was shooting a wrestling sequence where he had the injury. He will be flying back to Mumbai for the treatment. Since doctors advised a week’s bed rest, Aamir may get some time to spend with his family and little son. “Aamir had been filming a long action sequence that required multiple takes from different angles. When he slumped during the final take, the unit thought he had pulled a muscle. He was in excruciating pain even after half an hour of rest and ice packs. He couldn’t even stand up and was was then rushed to the hospital,” a source said.Dangal is slated to be released in December 2016. Aamir did not sign on any other movie as of now.
