MS Dhoni pays visit to Virender Sehwag’s school in Haryana

    Initially, a lot has been heard and said about the possible rift between MS Dhoni and Sehwag. Even many accused Dhoni of putting an end to Sehwag’s career by dropping him from the team. Putting all the speculations to rest, former team India skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni visited Virender  Sehwag International School in Jhajjar, Haryana.

    During his visit to Sehwag’s international school, former captain cool MS Dhoni interacted with the students and also shared thoughts related to education, sports and also about his experiences in his school days. Indeed Dhoni has felt nostalgic and also he again relived his school days while interacting with the students.

    MS Dhoni said “School is one place where you don’t have a lot of pressures. It is one place where you can have a lot of fun.” He also put emphasis on the importance of sports in one’s education.

    The wicketkeeper-batsman Dhoni said he hold a special place towards his school in his heart. He added my time at school was the best period of my life. He further added school was the place where I started playing cricket, I was very sincere towards my studies as well as towards cricket.

    Upon asking about the fear of failure, Dhoni said that the fear of failure is necessary, but one should always work as hard as possible regardless of any situation they are facing. He added “when I don’t get selected for a match, I don’t get worried because I know that selection is not my job. It is not in my control. But the number of hours I put in training, the number of hours you put in studying, that is in your hands.”

    It was a 30-minute interaction with the students; Dhoni gave some batting and wicket keeping tips to the students.Even Sehwag also extended thanks to MS Dhoni for encouraging the students in his Twitter handle.

    It was exquisite to see both the cricket legends together.
