India is one of the developing countries facing a lot of problems in which one of the major problems is cleanliness and the government have also started many initiatives such as Swacch Bharat to make the country clean also one important factor that makes India dirty is not using public washrooms or public toilets.
India, where the 60% of the population uses smartphones at least half of them, will also not use public toilets.Giving importance to the problem Google has tied up an MOU with India according to which now it will show the nearby public washrooms in the google maps.
This feature will help the public who to get a nearby public washroom, sulabh Shauchalyas and it will be as easy as locating a nearby hotel or restaurant.
The feature will reportedly start in few day s as per the announcement that said they can start the project in a fight night but to locate the toilets it may require some time.
This will also have the option to rate the toilet, as the government washrooms will be very untidy and it runs out of cleanness an d smell. To know the cleanliness of the washroom there will b an option to rank and review the public washrooms.
This list will also include the public washrooms that are present in the bus stops and railway station
The Initiative is called asSwach Bharat mission . Also google is also trying to work on the nearest Atm with cash feature that helps the public to serve better.
