When Your Body Losses more of the fluids that you take in De-hydration occurs.Drinking  essential amount of water everyday is very important for optimal health.Human body comprises of 65% of water and loosing 1 to 2% of water from your body makes you feel thirsty and are the early stages of dehydration.Dehydration effects your body here are some signs

BAD BREATH

Dehydration leads to bad breath. Saliva functions to clean your mouth and keep it fresh water intake controlls  the saliva if your saliva decreases   your mouth basically becomes a breeding ground for bacteria causes bad Breath

DRY EYES

Drinking less amount of water not only effects mouth but also  eyes A lack of water intake leads to dry, bloodshot eyes without water in the body, your tear ducts dry up.

SEVERE HEADACHE 

yiur Brain sinks when Dehydrated  When you haven’t taken on enough liquids, your brain tissue loses water, causing your brain to shrink and cause headache also causes your blood volume to drop, which in turn lowers the flow of blood and oxygen to the brain.Its recommended to drink  2 to 3 glass of water if you have a severe headache caused by dehydration.

FATIGUE 

 Body borrows water from blood in case of dehydration  a lack of oxygen leads to sleepiness and outright fatigue.you’ll experience this at  2PM crash earlier and earlier in your day Coffee doesn’t help in this case

SKIN REDUCES ELASTICITY

 If you’re dehydrated, your skin will have a lower skin turgor. An easy way to test for dehydration is the skin turgor test. Lightly pinch the skin on the back of your hand and pull it up about 1 cm before  letting go. If the skin takes a few seconds to settle back down, you need to drink more.

REDUCED URINATION 

if you’re not taking a trip to the restroom 4-7 times a day, you’re probably not drinking enough water. In extreme cases, dehydration can lead to urinary tract infections
